About the Role

One of our banking clients is looking for a Business Clients Area Advisor, AS to join their team in Bengaluru.

Branch Banking is the liability business operating across multiple locations in India and serving customers through Personal Banking, Private Banking and Business Banking. The primary objective of this role is to enhance the value of the existing trade account portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Team handling role, looking out for Area Sales Manager.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Mortgage Loan.

- Advise on credit-related client solutions and assess loans from an income and risk perspective, within the existing credit processes.

- Advise and guide teams in the development of bespoke products/solutions/platforms.

- Manage a team of 5 to 6 Sales Managers.

- Candidate needs to have team handling experience of minimum 3 years.

- DSA channel experience is mandatory.

- Ticket size – minimum 1 CR.

- Target companies – StanC,



HDFC and Bajaj.

- Work with functional and cross-functional colleagues to ensure that products/solutions/platforms meet the needs of the bank/clients. May also participate in the negotiation and execution of mandated transactions with clients.

Skills & Experience

- Excellent communication skills in English and well groomed.

- Minimum qualification required: Graduation.

- Minimum experience: 5–7 years in the relevant field.

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
