Capital Markets | Settlements & Reconciliation

We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst Team Lead for a leading client in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong Capital Markets domain knowledge, hands-on experience in Settlements & Reconciliation, and expertise in Broadridge tools.

- Location: Pune
- Experience: 5+ Years
- Designation: Team Lead (TL)
- Shift: UK Shift
- Maximum CTC: 15 LPA
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only
- Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements related to Capital Markets operations.
- Manage and support Settlements & Reconciliation processes.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Work closely with operations, technology, and business teams to resolve issues.
- Perform requirement analysis, impact assessment, and gap analysis.
- Support system enhancements, UAT, and process improvement initiatives.
- Investigate settlement breaks, reconciliation discrepancies, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of exceptions.
- Lead a team, monitor deliverables,



and ensure process quality and SLA adherence.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and business requirement documents.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Capital Markets Operations.
- Robust experience in Capital Markets.
- Hands-on experience in Settlements & Reconciliation.
- Experience working with Broadridge tools/platforms.
- Team Lead experience with stakeholder and team coordination skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a UK shift.

Eligibility Criteria

- Capital Markets experience is mandatory.
- Settlements & Reconciliation experience is mandatory.
- Broadridge tools experience is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Candidates must be available to work in Pune.
