About the Role:

We are looking for an AI-savvy Business Process Analyst who can analyze how the company operates and identify opportunities to use AI and automation across client onboarding, sales, contracts, employee onboarding, billing, support and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Document existing business processes and SOPs.
- Identify manual, repetitive and inefficient processes.
- Design AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency.
- Work with developers to implement automation.
- Create and maintain detailed SOP documentation.
- Evaluate AI tools and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Design workflows involving CRM, email, documents and other systems.
- Help implement AI-powered CRM processes.
- Analyze business data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Train employees on recent AI-enabled processes.
- Continuously review processes and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

- Business process and workflow design.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Practical knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools.
- Automation concepts.
- Process mapping and SOP creation.




- Excel/Google Sheets and strong communication.

Good to Have

- CRM; Power Automate/Zapier/Make; SQL; Power BI; Microsoft 365; AI agents; basic programming.
