Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work with customers, product managers, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements, define product solutions, and support end-to-end product delivery. Experience in Airline/Travel or Revenue Management is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and product requirements.
- Create user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Work closely with customers and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Own requirements throughout the SDLC, including analysis, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
- Define product scope, priorities, roadmap, and delivery timelines.
- Investigate customer issues, document bugs, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Prepare process documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-base content.
- Identify opportunities for process and product improvements.
- Support product development and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

- Master's degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science,



Information Systems, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong understanding of requirements gathering, user stories, SDLC, and product development.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database analysis.
- Knowledge of Python, R, AI/ML, GenAI, and optimization tools such as CPLEX or Gurobi is preferred.
- Understanding of REST APIs, web applications, Windows/Linux environments, and enterprise applications.
- Good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with Airline Revenue Management or the airline/travel domain is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of technologies such as Azure, .NET Core, Node.js, React.js, Red Hat Linux, MQ, and WebLogic is a plus.
