About the Role
We are looking for energetic, curious and people-oriented Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our growing Future Leaders Program (FLP) team.
This isn't just a typical sales job.
You'll speak with students, parents, colleges and educational stakeholders, understand where a student is in their academic and career journey, explain how FLP can help, and guide interested students toward the right next step.
If you enjoy conversations, building relationships, understanding people's needs and working towards measurable goals, you'll probably enjoy this role.
What You'll Actually Do
Your day-to-day work may include:
- Speak with students and parents who have shown interest in FLP.
- Understand their academic background, career interests and future goals.
- Explain FLP in a simple, honest and engaging way.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Help students understand the FLP Future Readiness Assessment and the next steps.
- Schedule counselling sessions and follow up on leads.
- Convert qualified prospects into FLP enrollments.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM/system.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges and other potential institutional partners where required.
- Coordinate with counsellors and the FLP operations team.
- Participate in student outreach activities, webinars, workshops and events.
- Understand common student/parent concerns and share feedback with the team.
- Work toward individual and team business-development targets.

You should be comfortable speaking with students and parents and explaining things clearly.

You shouldn't just talk about FLP. You should understand what the student actually needs.

You'll have targets, and we expect you to take ownership of them.
Curious and willing to learn
You'll need to understand education, careers, FLP and the different pathways students may consider.
Positive and energetic
There will be plenty of calls, follow-ups and conversations. Your attitude matters.
Responsible with follow-ups A lot of successful business development comes down to simply doing what you said you would do.
Requirements: Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in education sales, counselling, edtech, admissions, inside sales or business development will have an advantage.
Skills
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable speaking in English and/or Hindi.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and basic CRM/software tools.
- Ability to maintain follow-up records.
- Ability to understand and explain a product/service clearly.
Experience: 0–3 years
Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills can be considered.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹42,000 per month + incentives Final compensation will depend on experience, skills and role level.
