Role Description The Business Analyst will work on-site in Ahmedabad in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear requirements and actionable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and analyzing business processes, and identifying areas for improvement across workflows and systems.

The role involves conducting data-driven analyses, preparing reports and dashboards, and presenting findings to leadership and cross-functional teams.

The Business

Analyst will support solution design, coordinate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure alignment, and assist in testing and validating changes before implementation.



This role also requires ongoing monitoring of performance metrics, capturing feedback, and recommending enhancements to support scalable, efficient, and user-focused processes within JobBricks’ platform and services.

- Relevant experience in technology-driven or platform-based businesses, preferably in recruitment, HR tech, or talent solutions, is beneficial.
- Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and basic data visualization tools) is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in business analysis or process improvement are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
