Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ITBM initiatives.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.

- Support IT portfolio, project, demand, resource, and financial management processes.

- Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.

- Coordinate with technical/development teams for solution implementation.

- Support UAT, defect tracking, and business sign-offs.

- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project/status updates.

Required Skills

- 6 to 9 years of overall Business Analyst experience.

- Strong experience in ITBM / IT Business Management.

- Positive understanding of project, portfolio, demand, resource, and/or financial management processes.

- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, process mapping, and UAT.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
