Job Title: Business Analyst / Content Analyst (Program & Content Operations)

Location: Hyderabad or Visakhapatnam

Employment Type: Full-time

We're looking for a proactive, organized, and execution-focused team member who can partner closely with me and manage recurring internal operational and project-support activities, allowing me to remain focused on external stakeholders, strategic priorities, and higher-value work.

The person should be comfortable working independently once given direction, handling high-volume, detail-oriented work, organizing information, and turning it into clear status updates.

Key responsibilities

- Partner with the project lead to manage internal activities while supporting focus on external stakeholders and strategic priorities.
- Comfortable working with document processing tools and supporting high-volume content update and validation activities.
- Maintain and update PowerPoint status reports, Excel trackers, dashboards, and project documentation .
- Project Roadmap Tracking, flagging risks and slippage early
- Gather inputs from multiple sources and turn them into concise weekly/project status reports .
- Attend meetings as needed and capture notes, decisions, action items,



owners, and follow-ups .
- Maintain action-item and deliverable trackers and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
- Perform quality checks to ensure large-volume document changes are accurate, complete, and consistent .
- Liaise with internal teams across multiple time zones to ensure smooth information handoffs and continuity of work

Skills/requirements

Required

- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written communication for notes, follow-ups, and cross-team coordination
- Ability to organize ambiguous information into clear summaries
- Experience with document or content management
- Experience building/updating executive or project status decks
- Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks accurately
- Comfortable tracking multiple deliverables, owners, and deadlines simultaneously
- Able to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision
- Robust quality-control mindset
