Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Coach role based in Ahmedabad.

The Business

Coach will work directly with clients to assess their current business situation, identify challenges and opportunities, and design tailored coaching and training interventions. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions, facilitating workshops, supporting clients in strategic planning, and guiding them through digital and organizational transformation initiatives. The role involves preparing coaching materials, tracking client progress against defined goals, and providing clear, actionable feedback to leadership teams and entrepreneurs.





The Business

Coach will also collaborate with internal colleagues to refine methodologies, share best practices, and contribute to the development of new programs and service offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong background in business strategy, organizational development, or management consulting, with proven experience coaching leaders or entrepreneurs.
- Ability to analyze market trends, financial data, and operational metrics to support client decision-making in growth, downturn, and transformation scenarios.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and creative strategy design skills to help clients generate sustainable value.
- Comfort working on-site with clients in Ahmedabad, with strong interpersonal skills and a cooperative, client-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications in coaching or consulting are an advantage.
- Experience working with businesses undergoing digital transformation or significant change initiatives is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements, prioritize tasks, and maintain high qualified standards and ethical conduct.
