WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring – Web Development Upwork Bidder

We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to generate web development business opportunities through Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Search and identify relevant web development projects on Upwork.
- Prepare customized proposals and submit bids.
- Communicate with international clients.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule discussions and follow up with prospects.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand project requirements.

Requirements:

- 2+ Experience in Upwork bidding is preferred.
- Knowledge of Web Development services.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Good understanding of client requirements and project scope.
- Solid negotiation and lead-generation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
