Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day agency operations and project coordination.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, production teams, and internal departments.

- Support planning and execution of BTL, brand activation, events, and promotional activities.

- Track project timelines, deliverables, and execution status.

- Prepare MIS, reports, presentations, trackers, and operational documents.

- Manage vendor coordination, quotations, documentation, and follow-ups.

- Ensure smooth communication and timely completion of assigned projects.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-7 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, activation, events, or creative agency.

- Good understanding of BTL marketing.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Solid coordination, follow-up, organizational, and multitasking skills.

- Graduate from a recognized university.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
