Your Role

You'll work directly with the Founder to represent Novella, strengthen industry relationships and contribute towards brand growth and revenue.

You'll be responsible for creating meaningful connections with clients, planners, venues and luxury partners while ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of the Novella brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent Novella in client meetings, networking events and industry gatherings.
- Build long-term relationships with wedding planners, luxury venues, hotels, designers, makeup artists and other premium partners.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their vision and guide them through the Novella experience.
- Generate qualified business opportunities through networking, referrals and strategic partnerships.




- Strengthen relationships with existing clients before, during and after their wedding journey.
- Collaborate with the Founder on branding, partnerships and business growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless luxury client experience.
- Identify recent opportunities that contribute to brand visibility and revenue growth.
- Represent Novella with professionalism, empathy and exceptional communication.

- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to contribute towards business growth.
- Professional appearance and exceptional presentation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive and comfortable working directly with the Founder.
- Someone who enjoys building trust before closing business.

Preferred Experience

- 2–6 years of experience in Luxury Sales, Business Development, Client Relations, Hospitality, Weddings, Events, Partnerships or Brand Management.
- Experience working with HNI/UHNI clients will be an advantage.
