The Branch Sales and Service Manager is responsible for driving branch revenue, managing customer relationship, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and overseeing day-to-day sales and service operations.

Role

- To achieve Individual sales targets across different product segments.
- Identify and convert opportunities for Advances business, cross-sell and up-sell of products.
- Manage and deepen assigned ETB portfolio customers relationships.
- Educate and migrate the customers to Alternate/ Digital channels.
- Handle day to day operations of the branch.
- Support the branch to fulfil audit and compliance requirements.
- Authorize all the financial and non-financial transactions.
- Resolution of customer queries within defined TAT.

• Other tasks as assigned by BM/BOM.
