Job Summary

Cindrebay School of Design is seeking a highly organised and academically focused Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, academic coordination, and administrative excellence. The role requires strong leadership, structured execution, and the ability to maintain high institutional and professional standards within a design education setting.

The Campus Manager will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch while upholding academic quality, discipline, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Oversight

- Ensure smooth coordination between faculty and academic departments
- Monitor class schedules, attendance, academic delivery, and curriculum implementation
- Support academic planning, reviews, and internal assessments

1. Operations Management

- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure structured workflow
- Ensure proper utilization of classrooms, labs, and design studios
- Monitor infrastructure maintenance and facility standards

1. Administrative Management





- Supervise administrative staff and support functions
- Ensure proper documentation, student records, and reporting systems
- Monitor attendance records (staff and students
- Coordinate with head office for smooth operational execution

1. Student & Parent Relations

- Handle student and parent concerns professionally
- Ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
- Maintain high student satisfaction and retention standards

1. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare weekly, and monthly operational reports

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Education, Administration, or related field
- 8–15 years of experience in branch operations, academic coordination, or institutional management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
