Experience: Minimum 3 months to 1 year in Recruitment
Salary:
Freshers : 13,000 to 15,000 Take-Home + Incentives
- First 3 Months: Up to 30,000 Take-Home + Incentives
- From 4th Month: Salary will increase based on performance
- Salary revision from the 4th month will be based on performance during the first 3 months.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
- Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team and hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to joining.
