Job Summary:

We are hiring a Boutique Manager with 3–6 years of retail leadership experience to drive store sales goals, lead customer service standards, supervise retail staff, and oversee inventory in Nashik.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall boutique operations, set weekly sales targets for team members, and track performance.

- Maintain high-end customer service standards, cultivate VIP buyer relationships, and handle customized orders.

- Oversee merchandise receiving, stock replenishment, periodic stock takes,



and loss prevention.

- Plan and organize store visual displays, window arrangements, and seasonal promotional events.

Requirements:

- 3 to 6 years in fashion retail or boutique store management.

- Store administration, team leadership, POS billing, stock auditing, and visual merchandising.

- Graduate in any discipline; Fashion Management background is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
