Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Finance specialists to join our Finance Operations team.

In this role, you will support financial decision-making by collecting and analyzing operational and financial data, reconciling transactions, and contributing to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Perform financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Support month-end and period-end financial close activities.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
Review and reconcile financial transactions.
Assist in annual operating plan (AOP) and budget preparation.
Analyze P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
Support scenario planning and financial performance reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Required Skills
Domain expertise in Controllership,Core Finance, or FP&A.;
Experience in Period-End Close.




Experience in Annual Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
Understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
Basic knowledge of IFRS 15 & IFRS 16.
Solid communication and MS Office skills.
Experience in third-party/shared services environment preferred.
Willing to work in Versatile/Night Shifts.
Candidates experience in FMCG, Retail, or Tobacco industries will be strongly preferred.

Qualifications For CL-8 and CL-9: CA/CMA/CFA/CPA/MBA (Finance) Premier Institute Preferred Technical Skills &Tools;

Power BI, SAP HANA, SAP, HYPERION, BLACKLINE, ORACLE
