Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
Develop lead-generation campaigns for Ayurveda treatments, Panchakarma, wellness programs, and hospital services.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, retargeting, and campaign segmentation.
Create and test different ad copies, creatives, videos, reels, and campaign formats.
Monitor and optimize CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality, and ROAS.
Manage Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
Develop effective remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
Regularly analyze campaign performance and optimize budgets based on results.
Coordinate with the content writer, graphic designer, video editor, and patient-care team to develop effective campaign creatives.
Track leads and work with the patient-care team to understand lead quality and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, advertising policies, recent features, and healthcare advertising guidelines.




Ensure campaigns comply with Meta's healthcare and advertising policies.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
Robust understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and campaign optimization.
Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, conversion tracking, and analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage advertising budgets and achieve performance targets.

Preferred
Experience in Ayurveda, healthcare, hospital, wellness, or medical marketing.
Experience generating leads for high-value healthcare/wellness services.
Experience working with creative teams and developing performance-focused ad creatives.
Meta Blueprint certification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
