As a Client Advisor at NoBroker, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, understanding property requirements, and helping customers choose the right NoBroker products and services.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Drive sales and revenue targets within the assigned territory.
Identify and connect with potential customers to understand their property requirements.
Explain NoBroker’s plans, products, and value-added services to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
Handle customer queries, objections, and escalations effectively.
Generate leads through calls, referrals, follow-ups, and local market opportunities.
Conduct product/service demonstrations and explain pricing and benefits.
Convert leads into customers and achieve individual sales targets.
Follow up consistently with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for premium plans and additional services.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
Track daily sales performance, pipeline status, and target achievement.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Stay updated on local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
