Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000/month + incentives
GSL Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive to develop our Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) business across Ernakulam and nearby districts.
The role involves identifying new B2B/C&I; opportunities, meeting business owners and decision-makers, understanding their energy requirements, conducting client visits and presentations, generating leads, following up, negotiating and converting opportunities into sales.
The candidate will also coordinate with the technical team for site visits and proposals, maintain the sales pipeline in CRM, achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales or business development
Experience in Solar, Electrical, HVAC, UPS/Inverter, Battery,
Construction or related industries is preferred
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and proactive approach
Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits
Valid two-wheeler driving licence
Bachelor's degree preferred
CRM/MS Office knowledge is an advantage
