Hiring: Part-Time / Freelance Accounts & Taxation Professional

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Taxation Professional to work with our firm on a part-time / freelance basis.

The role will primarily involve managing day-to-day accounting on Zoho Books, along with ensuring timely and accurate GST and TDS compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping on Zoho Books
Maintain ledgers, vouchers, reconciliations and accounting records
Handle monthly GST compliance and GST filings
Handle monthly TDS calculations, returns and related compliance
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
Coordinate and provide necessary information for statutory compliance
Maintain proper documentation and records for accounting and taxation
Assist with month-end closing and basic financial reporting




Ensure compliance deadlines are tracked and met on time
Coordinate with our internal team / external professionals wherever required

What We're Looking For
4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation
Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books
Good working knowledge of GST and TDS compliance
Ability to independently manage accounting and statutory filings
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Valuable understanding of Indian accounting practices
Comfortable working independently on a freelance / part-time basis
Candidates based in or around Borivali, Mumbai preferred

This is a part time / freelance role, suitable for an experienced accounting professional.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹41,730.67 per month
