Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Lead to manage and support finance and accounting operations, with a major focus on managing entities engaged in IT services and retail operations in the US. The role will be responsible for accounting, financial reporting, month-end closing, compliance, reconciliations, and supporting financial decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and assist in managing entities engaged in IT services and retail operations in the US.
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations for US entities.
Handle general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Manage month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely completion.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and variance analysis.
Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and settlements across entities.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, accounting policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external financial stakeholders.
Support tax, audit, and statutory reporting requirements for US entities.
Monitor receivables, payables, working capital, and cash flow.




Identify and implement process improvements and accounting efficiencies.
Provide financial analysis and support to senior management and business teams.
Assist in managing and mentoring the finance and accounts team.
Work closely with business and operational teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Qualification

CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably with exposure to US-based entities.
Experience in IT services and/or retail operations will be an advantage.
