About the Role

Urbanroof Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Site Inspection Engineer to inspect residential and commercial properties, identify civil issues, and coordinate inspection, repair, and waterproofing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct 3–4 site visits daily.
Travel approximately 50–60 km per day as required.
Inspect properties for leakage, seepage, cracks, dampness, and other civil issues.
Use basic inspection tools to identify and assess site problems.
Prepare site observations and share reports with the concerned team.
Coordinate with clients and site teams during inspections.




Support repair and waterproofing work as per company requirements.

Requirements
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
0–1 year experience; freshers can apply.
Positive communication and basic technical knowledge.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Tamil language proficiency is compulsory.
