Position: Senior Five9 Technical Consultant

Location: Hyderabad(Gachibowli)

Work Arrangement: 100% On Site

We are looking for an experienced Senior Five9 Technical Consultant to lead technical assessments, discovery sessions, and customer workshops for a Five9 contact center engagement. The candidate will work closely with customer business and technical stakeholders to assess the existing contact center workplace, understand requirements, and provide recommendations for the future-state Five9 solution and architecture.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Five9 technical assessments and discovery sessions.
Conduct and participate in onsite, in-person customer workshops.
Analyze the customer's existing contact center setting and technical requirements.
Design and recommend Five9 contact center solutions and architecture.
Provide expertise in IVR, call routing, queues, campaigns, workflows, APIs, and integrations.
Identify integration requirements between Five9 and CRM or other enterprise applications.
Work directly with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements.




Provide technical recommendations and help define the future-state architecture and implementation roadmap.
Lead technical discussions and communicate solutions effectively to both technical and business teams.
Support the overall assessment and workshop activities with senior-level Five9 expertise.

Required Experience
Strong hands-on experience with the Five9 Contact Center platform.
Experience working as a Five9 Architect, Technical Architect, Senior Consultant, or Technical Lead.
Solid experience with Five9 configuration and architecture.
Experience designing IVR and call flows.
Strong knowledge of call routing, queues, campaigns, and contact center workflows.
Experience with Five9 APIs and enterprise integrations.
Experience integrating Five9 with CRM and other enterprise applications.
Experience conducting technical assessments, discovery sessions, and customer workshops.
Strong solution architecture and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and consulting skills.
