Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with carriers, shippers, and customers to arrange freight transportation.
Assist in negotiating freight rates and managing shipments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.
Track shipments and ensure timely updates.
Handle day-to-day communication and documentation related to shipments.
Work towards achieving individual and team targets.
Requirements

Up to 6 months of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented workplace.
