Reporting To: Management / HR Manager

Job Summary The Bouncer will be responsible for maintaining a safe, disciplined, and secure environment at the company office, sites, events, and other premises as assigned. The candidate must be physically fit, alert, professional, and capable of handling security-related situations calmly and responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain security, discipline, and proper conduct within the company premises.
- Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, clients, and other individuals.
- Ensure that unauthorized persons do not enter restricted areas.
- Maintain a professional and respectful environment at the office and company sites.
- Handle security-related situations calmly and inform management immediately when necessary.
- Prevent fights, arguments, misbehaviour, or any activity that may disturb the company's working environment.
- Assist management and HR in maintaining discipline among employees and visitors.
- Remain alert during working hours and continuously monitor the assigned area.
- Provide security support during company meetings, events, client visits,



and other official programs.
- Coordinate with management/HR in case of any emergency, suspicious activity, or security concern.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company matters, employees, clients, and internal information.
- Follow all company rules, regulations, instructions, and security protocols.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management from time to time.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bouncer, Security, Security Officer, or in a similar role will be preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of standing and performing security duties for extended periods.
- Positive observation and communication skills.
- Must be disciplined, punctual, responsible, and alert.
- Must have a professional attitude and respectful manner of communication.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and self-control.
- Experience in handling office, corporate, construction-site, or event security will be an added advantage.
