We are looking for a BIM Modeler – Architecture with strong technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and team-handling experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Revit Architecture, capable of coordinating with clients, and able to take responsibility for project deliverables while maintaining a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Revit Architecture.
- Handle day-to-day BIM modelling activities and ensure timely project delivery.
- Guide and coordinate with junior BIM Modelers and team members.
- Review team deliverables for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and communicate project updates professionally.
- Identify and resolve modelling and coordination issues.
- Coordinate with Structure and MEP teams for multidisciplinary BIM requirements.
- Follow project BIM standards,



modelling guidelines, naming conventions, and LOD requirements.
- Monitor assigned tasks and support the team in meeting project deadlines.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation and BIM deliverables.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Architectural BIM / Revit.
- Strong knowledge of Revit Architecture.
- Experience in team handling or team coordination.
- Good understanding of architectural BIM modelling and documentation.
- Solid leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in client coordination will be an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to take ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities.
