Job Overview

We are looking for a Piping BIM Modeller with 4–6 years of experience in developing and coordinating 3D piping models for industrial projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D and/or similar BIM/piping modelling software, along with good knowledge of piping layouts and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D piping models based on P&IDs;, GA drawings, equipment layouts and project specifications.
- Prepare piping layouts, routing, supports and associated modelling as per design requirements.
- Develop BIM models and detailed piping drawings for industrial projects.
- Coordinate piping models with equipment, structural, civil, HVAC, electrical and other MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar software.
- Prepare piping isometrics, layouts, sections and other required drawings.
- Incorporate design changes and maintain model accuracy throughout the project.
- Extract quantities, MTOs and model-based information as required.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve modelling/design issues.
- Follow project BIM standards, modelling guidelines,



LOD requirements and documentation procedures.

Qualification & Key Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in Piping BIM / 3D Piping Modelling.
- Hands-on experience with Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Navisworks or similar software.
- Good understanding of P&IDs;, piping layouts, equipment arrangement, piping components and supports.
- Experience in industrial projects such as process plants, manufacturing, power, oil & gas, chemical or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection and multidisciplinary modelling.
- Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
