Role Description The BIM Modeler is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, responsible for developing and maintaining detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. The role involves interpreting construction drawings, coordinating with engineers and designers, and updating models to reflect design changes and site conditions.

The BIM Modeler will prepare clash detection reports, assist in model-based quantity take-offs, and support the production of coordinated shop and installation drawings.



Day-to-day activities include collaborating with project teams, ensuring model accuracy and standards compliance, and contributing to productive project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler-related tasks, including creating and managing detailed 3D models.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings, with the ability to interpret and translate design documents into accurate models.
- Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems modeling and coordination within BIM environments.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools is highly beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work within project deadlines, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the AEC industry and familiarity with international BIM standards and workflows is an advantage.
