Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller – Architecture to develop, manage, and maintain accurate architectural BIM models for building and construction projects. The candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to create detailed 3D models, prepare drawings, coordinate designs, and ensure BIM deliverables meet project standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and develop detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules from BIM models.
- Develop accurate 3D models based on architectural drawings, design information, and project requirements.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP models.
- Identify and report design clashes and modelling discrepancies.
- Make required revisions and updates to BIM models based on design changes.
- Ensure models are developed according to project BIM standards, templates, and guidelines.
- Prepare construction documentation and detailed drawings from BIM models.
- Maintain model accuracy, consistency, and proper file organization.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Assist BIM Coordinators and BIM Managers with project deliverables.
- Review drawings and model information for errors, inconsistencies, and missing details.
- Create and manage Revit families and architectural components when required.
- Extract quantities, schedules, and relevant information from BIM models.
- Maintain proper naming conventions, layer structures, worksets, and project documentation.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve modelling-related issues.
- Ensure all assigned deliverables are completed within project timelines.




- Maintain version control and update models based on approved revisions.
- Follow company and project-specific BIM execution standards.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural BIM modelling.
- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and building construction.
- Knowledge of BIM processes and coordination workflows.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, or large-scale building projects preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is required/preferred.
- Familiarity with Navisworks and clash detection is an advantage.
- Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, residential projects, high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, offices, or large-scale architectural projects will be preferred. Experience working in a multidisciplinary BIM environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
