Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled BIM Architect with 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural BIM modelling and documentation, preferably with hands-on experience in F&B;, restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, and commercial retail projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with practical experience in architectural modelling, façade modelling, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed architectural BIM models using Revit from concept/design inputs through detailed design and construction documentation stages.
- Create and develop façade models, including exterior architectural elements, cladding layouts, glazing, openings, architectural features, and associated details.
- Prepare architectural models and drawings for F&B; outlets, restaurants, cafés, retail stores, and other commercial retail projects.
- Develop floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, façade details, schedules, and architectural details from BIM models.
- Prepare accurate shop drawings and construction drawings based on approved designs and project requirements.
- Coordinate architectural BIM models with MEP and other project disciplines to identify and resolve design and coordination issues.
- Perform BIM coordination and clash review and incorporate required design changes into architectural models.
- Create and manage Revit families, materials, schedules, views, sheets, and model standards as required.
- Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project BIM standards, design requirements,



and drawing/documentation standards.
- Incorporate design comments, consultant feedback, and client revisions accurately and within project timelines.
- Maintain proper model organization, naming conventions, version control, and documentation quality.
- Support the project team in producing accurate BIM deliverables within agreed schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related architectural discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural BIM modelling.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Practical experience in architectural façade modelling and detailing.
- Experience working on F&B;, restaurant, café, retail, or commercial interior/architectural projects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, materials, finishes, and construction documentation.
- Ability to interpret architectural design drawings and convert them into accurate BIM models.
- Positive understanding of BIM coordination and multidisciplinary workflows.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple project deliverables and deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working on GCC / Middle East projects will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Navisworks or similar BIM coordination tools is an advantage.
- Experience developing Revit families and BIM content is preferred.
- Familiarity with BIM standards and common data environment (CDE) workflows is beneficial.
