Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Billing Manager to manage client billing, contractor/vendor billing, quantity verification, variation claims, and commercial closure of interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity surveying, rate analysis, and project billing and should be capable of independently handling multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and submit RA Bills, Final Bills, and client invoices based on actual work completed at site.
2. Verify quantities through site measurements, drawings, BOQs, and approved specifications.
3. Review and certify contractor and vendor bills against approved work orders and actual quantities executed.
4. Prepare and maintain BOQ reconciliation, quantity reconciliation, and billing trackers.
5. Identify and track additional works, variations, and extra items and ensure timely client approval and billing.
6. Prepare rate analysis for non-BOQ and additional items.
7. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Design, Purchase, Accounts, and clients for billing-related matters.
8. Follow up with clients/consultants for bill certification and commercial approvals.
9. Monitor project-wise billing,



certification, outstanding amounts, and payment status.
10. Ensure proper documentation of measurements, approvals, work orders, variation statements, and billing records.
11. Verify material consumption and support material and quantity reconciliation during project closure.
12. Handle final billing and commercial closure of completed projects.
13. Prepare regular MIS reports on billing, certification, variations, and outstanding payments for management.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- Experience: 7–10 years in billing/QS roles, preferably in Retail Interior Fit-Out / Commercial Interiors.
- Strong experience in client billing and contractor/vendor billing.
- Excellent understanding of BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, RA billing, and reconciliation.
- Valuable knowledge of interior works including civil, furniture/joinery, flooring, ceiling, painting, electrical, plumbing, and other fit-out activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Ability to read architectural, interior, and services drawings.
- Strong coordination, documentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience independently handling billing for multiple interior fit-out projects will be preferred.
