Role Description The Billing Engineer will manage project billing activities, ensuring accurate measurement, documentation, and certification of work completed on-site. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), verifying quantities against drawings and site conditions, performing rate analysis, and coordinating with project and site teams for billing-related data. The role also involves updating and maintaining billing systems and records, tracking project costs, and supporting quantity surveying activities.

Engineer will collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies, prepare client invoices, and support financial reporting for projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi.

Qualifications

- 3-10 years of experience of commercial interior fitout projects.
- Candidates should possess strong BOQ and Quantity Surveying skills to prepare, verify, and reconcile project quantities and measurements.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Billing Systems and Rate Analysis to manage invoices, certifications, and cost evaluations.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret drawings, validate site data, and ensure accurate cost and quantity calculations.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with construction or interior fit-out processes and basic knowledge of contracts .
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively with site and project teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and relevant billing or ERP software will be beneficial.
