Hiring – Bilingual Customer Support Executive – Spanish & English

SPANISH IS MANDATORY – FLUENT SPANISH & ENGLISH REQUIRED

Location: Phase 8B, Mohali, Punjab

Work Mode: On-site

Salary: ₹50,000–₹55,000/month in-hand

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Working: Full-time

We are looking for Bilingual Customer Support Executives who are fluent in Spanish and English to join an international customer support process in Mohali.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and queries in Spanish and English
- Provide skilled and effective customer support
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records
- Follow company processes and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
- Ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements
- Fluent spoken Spanish is mandatory




- Good spoken and written English
- Freshers with strong Spanish communication skills are welcome
- Experienced candidates from BPO, Customer Support, International Voice Process, Collections or related fields can apply
- Healthcare experience is not mandatory
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Mohali
- Candidates must be comfortable with the required shift timings
