- Build realistic, culturally nuanced psychiatric cases drawn from real-world clinical situations
- Conduct psychological assessments and review sensitive AI-generated case responses against Marathi psychiatric practice
- Write clinical documentation and case analysis in both Marathi and English
- Explain where mental-health AI evaluations fall short, with confidentiality, ethical decision-making and professional standards in mind

Who this is for

- MD, MBBS, or an equivalent medical degree, with completed psychiatry residency
- Valid medical license and experience in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning and case documentation in Marathi clinical settings
- Native Marathi, advanced written and spoken English, and strong cultural sensitivity, ethical reasoning, confidentiality and professional integrity
- No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
