Finance & Bid Management Resource

Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for a strong Finance/Accounting professional with hands-on experience in Bid & Tender Management, commercial calculations, and quote preparation within an IT/System Integrator environment.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Solid background in Accounting and Finance with 5+ years of experience.
- Hands-on experience in Bid & Tender Management and commercial documentation.
- Preparation and validation of customer quotations, commercial bids, and pricing sheets.
- Strong knowledge of interest calculations, financial calculations, margins, and costing.
- Experience in analyzing RFP/RFQ commercial requirements and preparing bid responses.
- Good understanding of taxes, payment terms, credit terms, and commercial conditions.
- Strong Excel skills for costing, pricing, and financial analysis.
- Ability to coordinate with Sales, Presales, Procurement, and Finance teams during the bidding process.
