We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with experience in US staffing, particularly Life Sciences and Non-IT roles , to join our team.

? Key Responsibilities

• Experience marketing consultants for Life Sciences and Non-IT roles

• Market bench consultants with H1B status to vendors and clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients

- Negotiate rates and coordinate interview processes
- Submit consultants to relevant requirements and follow up regularly
- Maintain an updated database of consultants and open requirements
- Manage multiple requirements and submissions simultaneously





• Handle the full-cycle bench sales process

✅ Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of US IT staffing and tax terms – C2C, W2, 1099

• Experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn , and other job portals

• Good understanding of Life Sciences, Non-IT, and IT roles

• Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment
