Behaviour Therapist — Job Opening

We are looking for a Behaviour Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and work with children requiring behavioural and developmental support.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct behavioural assessments and therapy sessions.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
- Work on communication, social skills, attention, adaptive behaviour and emotional regulation.
- Use evidence-based behavioural techniques, including ABA principles, where appropriate.
- Track and document client progress.
- Coordinate with parents, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists.
- Provide regular feedback to parents and caregivers.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education,



Behavioural Science or a related field.
- Experience working with children with developmental or behavioural needs is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant training/internship experience may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, compassionate and child-friendly approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
