Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Beautician at Black Tie Digital India. The Beautician will provide skilled beauty and personal care services to clients through virtual consultations, online guidance, and, where applicable, coordination with on-site partners. Daily tasks may include advising on skincare, haircare, and makeup routines, recommending appropriate products, and demonstrating techniques via video sessions or digital content.

The role also involves maintaining client records, scheduling online appointments,



and responding promptly to client inquiries to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction. The Beautician will collaborate with the broader team to support campaigns, tutorials, and digital content that promote beauty and wellness.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of skincare, haircare, and makeup techniques, with the ability to provide personalized recommendations.
- Experience delivering beauty services or consultations, ideally in a salon, spa, or similar professional setting.
- Comfort using digital tools for remote consultations, including video conferencing, messaging platforms, and basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused and inclusive approach.
- Attention to detail, hygiene, and safety standards in all suggested beauty practices.
- Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote workplace.
- Relevant certification or training in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in staying updated with current beauty trends, products, and techniques.
