– Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop business and sales activities for the Pune branch.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Handle face-to-face consultations with clients and convert enquiries into sales.
- Explain and promote skin, wellness, and clinic-related services professionally.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and maximize conversions.
- Manage sales performance and support overall branch business growth.
- Coordinate with the clinic team and maintain daily sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills with a target-oriented approach.
- Excellent face-to-face consultation and convincing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of skin, wellness, health, and cosmetology services will be preferred.




- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Candidates with experience in wellness, skin clinic, healthcare, cosmetology, hospitality, or related sales will be preferred.
- Presentable personality and skilled communication.

Training & Joining Terms

- 10–15 days unpaid training in Chandigarh.
- During training, the company will provide accommodation and food.
- Train tickets for travel to and from Chandigarh will be provided by the company.
- After successful completion of training, the candidate will be placed at the Pune branch.
- Salary will start after completion of training and joining at the Pune location.
- Candidate will be required to sign a 2-year employment agreement with the company.
