Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Business Development Executive (BDE). The BDE will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, and conduct outreach through calls, emails, and online meetings.

The role includes presenting Techfusion Gear’s services, preparing proposals, coordinating product demos with the delivery team, and negotiating terms with qualified leads.



The BDE will collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to refine messaging, gather client requirements, and ensure smooth handover of closed deals to project teams. Ongoing responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing feedback on market trends and client needs.

Qualifications

- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
- Client relationship and communication skills, including active listening, presentation, and negotiation.
- Understanding of software development and digital solutions such as websites, eCommerce platforms, and custom applications.
- Ability to use CRM tools and productivity software to manage contacts, activities, and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, accountability, and self-organization.
- Prior experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or digital agency environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
