- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, juices, and other beverages as per standard recipes.

- Understand guest preferences and provide appropriate beverage recommendations.

- Ensure all drinks are prepared with proper measurements, presentation, and consistency.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, glassware, and storage areas.

- Check and maintain adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, ice, glassware, and bar supplies.

- Follow proper procedures for receiving, storing, and handling alcoholic beverages.

- Operate the POS/billing system accurately and process guest bills and payments..

- Follow company policies regarding responsible service of alcohol and applicable legal requirements.

- Maintain proper records of stock usage, wastage, and breakage when required.

- Assist with opening and closing duties of the bar.

- Ensure all bar equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety standards.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
