Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Faridabad. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages to café standards, while maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee equipment, assisting with basic food preparation, following recipes and hygiene guidelines, and restocking supplies.

The Barista will welcome guests, take orders, process payments, and provide attentive customer service. The role also involves collaborating with team members, supporting smooth café operations,



and contributing to a friendly, efficient atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess Barista skills, including beverage preparation and familiarity with coffee equipment.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills for clear order taking and coordination with staff.
- Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills and an understanding of basic kitchen hygiene and safety.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn in-house recipes and maintain quality standards for all items prepared.
- Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends and peak hours.
