Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Loan Officer to join the team handling Bank loan products in Patna. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in banking, finance, loan sales, or a related financial services sector.

The candidate will be responsible for generating loan leads, meeting prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, and assisting them throughout the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads for loan products through various channels.
- Contact and meet prospective customers to understand their loan requirements.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and applicable terms to customers.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.
- Process and follow up on loan applications from lead generation to disbursement.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure timely conversion of leads.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and timely loan disbursement.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable banking and company processes.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following:
- Banking
- Finance
- Loan Sales
- NBFC
- Financial Services
- Retail / Personal / Business Loan Sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Candidates with existing experience in loan sales will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.

Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
