I am looking for a Karnataka-style South Indian Head Chef for a recent Bangalore-style restaurant in Secunderabad, Telangana. The chef must have genuine experience working in Bengaluru/Karnataka, preferably in a Darshini, Udupi, tiffin house or high-volume South Indian restaurant.
Required experience: Benne Masala Dosa Ghee Podi Dosa Set Dosa Thatte Idli Uddin Vada Kahra Bath / Vegetable Upma Kesari Bath Paddu Bisi Bele Bath Puliyogare Karnataka-style Sambar Coconut, Tomato & Peanut Chutneys South Indian Meals Bangalore-style Filter Coffee Experience: preferably 5+ years, with at least 2–3 years in Karnataka.
The chef should also be able to: Standardize recipes in grams/kg Train the kitchen team Handle high-volume service Maintain consistent taste Develop signature Karnataka-style flavours for our restaurant Candidate must be willing to come to Secunderabad and undergo a practical food trial before final selection.
