- Manage end-to-end bakery production and daily operations to meet quality and business targets.

- Plan production schedules based on demand, sales forecasts, and inventory levels.

- Lead and supervise bakers, pastry chefs, helpers, and production staff.

- Ensure consistent product quality, taste, presentation, and adherence to recipes.

- Monitor raw materials, inventory, wastage, costing, and procurement requirements.

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety.

- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, and Store teams for smooth operational planning.

- Train, motivate, and evaluate staff while maintaining discipline and performance standards.

- Prepare operational reports and drive continuous improvement in production and profitability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
