Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Review and verify the potential candidates documents and pass it for the next process.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer issue resolution.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- 13 years of experience indocument verification work.
- Experience working with global teams is a plus.
- Solid research skills and comfort with online tools.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to CRM/ATS systems is an advantage.
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes.
