Backend Operations Executive With Tally Chandigarh

Key Responsibilities

- Data Entry: Record daily financial transactions, vouchers, receipts, and payments accurately in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
- Billing & Invoicing: Create, verify, and manage sales orders, purchase bills, and proforma invoices.
- Stock & Inventory: Track stock levels, update inventory counts, and handle stock-keeping records.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare daily or monthly transaction logs, expense summaries, and basic reports using Tally and MS Excel.
- Coordination: Support audits, vendor management, and internal team queries regarding commercial records.

Required Skills
- Software: Basic knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 / Prime) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree .

Experience 2 - 5 Years

Salary 2 Lac 50 Thousand To 3 Lac P.A.
