Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our product development team and work on a new-generation SaaS platform involving CRM, ERP, business automation, AI integrations, third-party APIs and large-scale data management.

We are looking for someone who is strong in backend engineering and can take ownership of developing scalable, secure and high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
- Build robust REST APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop complex SaaS modules involving CRM, ERP, customer management, quotations, bookings, operations, vendors, suppliers and business workflows.
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into SaaS products and business processes.
- Work with Laravel and Node.js/NestJS.
- Design efficient database structures for large-volume applications.
- Develop background jobs, queues, scheduled tasks and automated workflows.
- Integrate payment gateways, third-party APIs and external services.
- Implement authentication, authorization and role-based access control.
- Optimize database queries, API performance and backend processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application reliability.
- Work with cloud infrastructure and deployment environments.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Write clean, reusable, secure and maintainable code.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Laravel & PHP
- Strong experience with Node.js
- Good working knowledge of NestJS
- Strong REST API development experience




- Experience with third-party API integrations
- Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns

Database & Large Data Management

- Strong MySQL & PostgreSQL experience
- Database design and optimization
- Query optimization and indexing
- Experience handling large datasets
- Redis/cache knowledge
- Queues and asynchronous processing

AI Integration

- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock or similar platforms
- Ability to integrate AI into real-world business workflows
- Understanding of prompt engineering and structured AI responses
- RAG, vector databases or AI agents experience is an advantage

SaaS / ERP / CRM

- Experience building or maintaining SaaS applications
- Practical ERP/CRM development experience
- Multi-user and role-based applications
- Subscription and recurring billing systems
- Payment gateway integration
- Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture is an advantage
- Practical experience integrating AI/LLM APIs
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock or similar platforms
- Ability to integrate AI into existing SaaS workflows
- Understanding of prompt engineering, structured AI responses and API-based AI automation
- Experience with AI agents/RAG/vector databases is an advantage
