About the Role

Vasuki Technology is looking for a confident and professional Career Advisor to join our team in Bhuj. The candidate will communicate with students and clients, understand their career goals, and guide them toward suitable education and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and clients regarding education and career opportunities.
- Understand students' interests, qualifications, and career goals.
- Explain courses, programs, admission requirements, and career pathways.
- Communicate professionally with students and parents through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding admissions and student requirements.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Meet assigned counseling, follow-up, and enrollment targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.

Requirements




- 12th Pass or above.
- Advanced English communication skills are mandatory.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good Gujarati and Hindi communication skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents.
- Basic computer, email, and WhatsApp skills.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous experience in career counseling, education consulting, sales, customer service, telecalling, or admissions will be an advantage.
